Looking for an experienced Scrum Master for the Pharmacy Product within the newly forming Optionality Agile team. Ideal candidate would have healthcare experience, previously been in a product model and used the SAFe framework. It'll be important for this individual to be able to adapt quickly and know when we are to flex standard practices to meet business needs. They will work closely with their team in addition to two other scrum masters and our release train Engineer. This will be a very quick turnaround as they want to have this person onboarded for a 9/23 teaming event.

Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
Guide the team in following Agile principles and Scrum practices, and identify areas for improvement
Remove impediments that are preventing the team from meeting its goals
Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure that it is properly prioritized and managed
Coach and mentor team members in Agile and Scrum practices, and facilitate the growth of the team's Agile and Scrum knowledge and skills
Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the team's progress
Develop and maintain project documentation and other relevant information as required
Participate in Agile and Scrum community activities and continuously improve the team's Agile and Scrum knowledge and skills

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 6-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in an Agile environment Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and support team members
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively
Experience with JIRA or other Agile project management tools

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Agile methodologies beyond Scrum, such as Kanban, Lean, or XP Experience in software development, with knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and related processes Experience working in a distributed Agile team environment
