Key Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in RPG, RPG ILE, SQLRPGLE, and Control Language (CLP/CLLE).
• Proficiency in SQL concepts and database management.
• Experience with screen programming and ILE programming.
• Familiarity with Message Queue (MQ), MQ Trigger, and XML tags in RPG programs.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
