Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer/Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and software development, particularly with real-time streaming data solutions. This role will involve designing and implementing end-to-end business solutions, leveraging various technologies to optimize data workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
Utilize Java and Kafka for real-time data streaming and integration. Implement and optimize data models, including star schemas and data warehousing concepts. Develop and maintain ETL mappings, mapplets, sessions, and workflows in Informatica. Create and execute Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and process management.
