Job Description:

Position : Senior ServiceNow Product Developer and Administrator Lead

Location: Remote (EST hours)

Type: Contract

Responsibilities : -

Product Development & Configuration

Lead the design and configuration of Experience Management products on ServiceNow (Portals, Virtual Agent, Chat, Workspaces, etc.).

Translate business needs into technical solutions focused on optimized functionality and UX/UI.

Develop custom applications and integrations to enhance ServiceNow’s capabilities.

Administration & Optimization

Manage ServiceNow administration, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.

Conduct audits to identify improvement opportunities and enforce governance for data and access management.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering innovation and collaboration.

Partner with cross-functional teams (stakeholders, product, UX/UI, QA, support) to align development efforts with strategic goals.

Quality Assurance

Establish testing protocols to ensure product reliability and scalability, leveraging automated testing where applicable.

Must-Haves

5+ years in ServiceNow development/administration, with Experience Management focus.

Strong skills in custom applications, workflows, and ServiceNow modules (Portal, Chat, CSM ITSM, ITOM).

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML; Agile/Scrum and DevOps experience.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
