Key Responsibilities

  • Site IT Support: Act as the first point of contact for on-site IT issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Technology Maintenance: Oversee the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems, hardware, and software across the site.
  • Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with IT teams, project managers, and department heads to assess and implement technology solutions tailored to the site’s needs.
  • Asset Management: Track and manage IT equipment, ensuring all devices are properly set up, maintained, and inventoried.
  • Incident Management: Handle IT incidents and ensure swift escalation of issues when required, maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • User Support & Training: Provide end-user support, including setup, training, and troubleshooting, to ensure teams can effectively utilize IT resources.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed logs of IT incidents, activities, and solutions to assist with troubleshooting and future improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, system coordination, or related IT field.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS), and cloud-based applications.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Organization: Highly organized with attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
