You’ll design communication strategies that bridge the gap between leadership and employees while curating experiences that bring our workplace culture to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Communication Strategy: Develop and execute internal communication plans that align with our company’s vision, values, and goals.
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging newsletters, announcements, and multimedia content to inform and motivate employees.
  • Employee Experience Programs: Collaborate with teams to design programs and initiatives that enhance the overall employee journey.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute internal events, including town halls, recognition ceremonies, and team-building activities.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Implement tools and systems to gather employee insights and use them to continuously improve communication and engagement strategies.
  • Brand Advocacy: Ensure all communication reflects our company’s voice and fosters a sense of belonging and pride among employees.
