About the Role:As the Technical Lead, Internal Web, you’ll be the architect and champion of our internal web platform, influencing its evolution and making key decisions that impact how we connect our internal teams to the tools, data, and resources they need to succeed. This is a leadership role where you will shape the direction of our internal web systems, mentor a team of talented developers, and ensure that our web applications are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead by Example: Drive the development of our internal web platform, using the latest web technologies to build scalable, high-performance systems.
- Architect Solutions: Design robust, scalable, and secure solutions that power our internal teams, optimizing both the user experience and system performance.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and collaborate with a team of developers, helping them grow and achieve their potential while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure our internal web applications align with company objectives.
- Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure that best practices are followed for code quality, security, performance, and testing. Set the standard for clean, maintainable code.
- Innovation: Stay on top of industry trends and explore new technologies that can improve our internal web experience, keeping us at the cutting edge.
- Optimize Systems: Identify bottlenecks and improve existing systems, balancing speed and efficiency while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams to deliver complex web applications.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in web technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js), Node.js, RESTful APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Problem Solver: A natural problem solver with a strong focus on building solutions that align with business needs while considering performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Full-Stack Knowledge: Expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with an eye for detail across the entire stack.
