We’re looking for a Email/O365 Administrator to join our forward-thinking team and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital workplace for our employees and clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our O365 environment, ensuring seamless email operations, and enhancing the security and reliability of our cloud-based communication systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • O365 Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the O365 suite, ensuring seamless functionality across all Microsoft services like Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and more.
  • Email Systems Administration: Manage and maintain the email infrastructure, including mailbox provisioning, migrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security protocols, such as multi-factor authentication, data loss prevention (DLP), and email filtering to protect sensitive information.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a primary point of contact for email and O365-related issues, resolving incidents and providing support to end-users.
  • Automation & Scripting: Develop and implement PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and managing bulk tasks across O365 environments.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate O365 tools into other enterprise systems and workflows.

Who You Are

  • Experienced & Certified: You have hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and hold certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're highly proficient in Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related technologies. You’re comfortable working with PowerShell, Azure AD, and other administration tools.
  • Problem Solver: You thrive in troubleshooting complex systems and have a knack for identifying root causes quickly.
  • Detail-Oriented: You pay attention to every aspect of system performance, security, and usability, always ensuring the highest standards.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You’re not just tech-focused; you also know how to work with teams, manage cross-departmental relationships, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
