Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Leadership: Serve as the point of contact for all engineering-related activities at the project site. You’ll lead daily operations, supervise field staff, and ensure that all work aligns with the approved engineering plans.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues in real-time to prevent delays and project disruptions. Your quick thinking will ensure that projects stay on track.
• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with engineers, contractors, and clients to address project needs and deliver exceptional results. Strong communication is key.
• Quality Control: Monitor and review the quality of work on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and project timelines.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project logs, reports, and technical documentation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all project details are captured accurately for future reference and analysis.
