Role: ServiceNow Administrator 12+ Years of exp.
12+ months contract
Hybrid – 2 to 3 days/week onsite – Boston, MA- Only Local
Key Responsibilities
· Perform operational administrative tasks on the ServiceNow platform.
· Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports for business leaders.
· Working with the Asset Manager and Senior ServiceNow Engineer to create data governance processes.
· Identify deprecated data or functionality and create a plan for removal..
· Create documentation around data governance processes and active data points
· Ensure that new integrations adhere to data governance standards.
· Track platform licensing usage and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
· ServiceNow System Administrator Certified
· ServiceNow Administration experience in a working environment
· Candidate should have a good working knowledge of ServiceNow base tables and relationships
· CMDB knowledge, CI relationship, and ITSM module knowledge are a must
· Knowledge of ServiceNow licensing and subscription models
· Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to jointly develop and implement data governance processes
· Ability to present ServiceNow knowledge and best practices to key stakeholders
· Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory structure
