As a Product Manager for GenerativeAI Safety in our YouTube Trust and Safety team, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing strategies to protect users from emerging AI-generated risks. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, policy experts, and cross-functional teams to build proactive safety solutions for the AI-powered content landscape.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead with Impact: Drive the strategy and development of innovative tools that prevent harmful AI-generated content and uphold YouTube’s commitment to a safe, inclusive space for creators and users alike.
• Innovate for Safety: Work closely with AI and machine learning teams to develop predictive systems that can identify and mitigate safety risks before they impact users.
• Shape the Future: Be a key player in defining the future of AI safety in an ever-evolving digital landscape, ensuring that YouTube stays ahead of trends and challenges in generative AI.
• Collaborate with Experts: Partner with legal, policy, and external safety organizations to create holistic solutions that balance innovation and user protection.
