What You’ll Do

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

Platform Development

• Design and implement scalable ML infrastructure to support data pipelines, model training, and deployment.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and address their ML platform needs.
• Drive innovation by enabling seamless integration of machine learning in products and services.
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies into the platform strategy.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience in developing and managing machine learning platforms at scale.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based ML frameworks (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Expertise in big data processing and distributed systems.

Leadership Skills

• Track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional ability to inspire and develop talent.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and delivering measurable results.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• A Ph.D. or equivalent experience in machine learning is a plus.
