Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI & Analytics Architecture: Design and implement sophisticated, high-performance AI and analytics architectures that align with business goals. Ensure that these systems are scalable, reliable, and optimized for real-time insights.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a talented team of data professionals, including AI engineers, data scientists, and analysts. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the AI and analytics strategy, providing recommendations for the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI and analytics to deliver value. Translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant solutions.
• Innovation & R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and big data technologies. Lead research and development initiatives to integrate the latest innovations into the organization’s systems.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure that AI solutions comply with data privacy laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines. Advocate for best practices in data management and governance.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, data architecture, and analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of successfully designing and delivering large-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, big data technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Hands-on experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hadoop, Spark, etc.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams, driving initiatives, and influencing stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Ability to think strategically and drive creative, innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
