About the Role

As a Senior Product Lead at Everlaw AI, you will be at the forefront of driving the product vision and strategy for our AI-driven platform. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams through all stages of product development — from ideation and roadmap creation to launch and iteration. You will be responsible for shaping AI-powered features that will directly impact the legal industry's productivity and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Product Strategy: Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of new AI product features from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and legal experts to build groundbreaking AI-powered solutions that delight users and solve complex legal challenges.
• Customer-Centric Product Development: Identify opportunities and pain points in the legal field, turning them into actionable product features that address customer needs while improving the overall user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in product management, with a strong focus on AI or machine learning products.
• AI Expertise: Solid understanding of AI technologies and their application in real-world products, preferably in legal tech, SaaS, or related industries.
• Proven Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving end-to-end product development processes.
• Customer Focused: A deep understanding of user-centric product development and the ability to empathize with users to create impactful solutions.
• Strategic Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop long-term strategies and manage short-term product goals simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
