As a Principal Engineer in our Generative AI division, you will be at the forefront of building the future of machine learning. You’ll design and develop state-of-the-art AI models that generate realistic content, drive business innovations, and push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate and Lead: Spearhead the development of next-generation generative models in deep learning and AI. Lead research into novel algorithms and architectures to achieve breakthrough results.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and business leaders to integrate generative AI solutions into practical applications.
  • Model Design & Optimization: Architect and fine-tune generative models such as GANs, VAEs, and transformers for a variety of use cases across multiple industries.
  • Scalable Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems to deploy and maintain AI models in production environments.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI research and apply them to solve complex, real-world problems in novel ways.

Required Qualifications

  • Expertise in AI & Machine Learning: A deep understanding of generative models, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI methodologies.
  • Hands-on Experience: Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale AI models, particularly in generative domains (GANs, transformers, etc.).
  • Programming Mastery: Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar languages with a strong grasp of AI development libraries.
  • Research-Oriented Mindset: A passion for cutting-edge research and the ability to transform academic concepts into practical, scalable applications.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong experience leading technical teams and collaborating with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving Genius: A proven ability to solve complex engineering and AI problems creatively and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Published research in reputable AI or ML journals/conferences.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing environments.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI practices and an understanding of the societal impact of AI technology.
