As a Principal Product Manager – AI Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of next-generation AI products and solutions. You’ll work alongside a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to bring cutting-edge AI technologies to life. From ideation to launch, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle and ensuring we deliver AI solutions that solve complex problems and delight users.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Product Strategy: Own the vision and strategy for AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to define product requirements, specifications, and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive Innovation: Identify emerging trends in AI and machine learning to create innovative product concepts and drive continuous improvement.
• User-Centric Approach: Utilize data-driven insights, customer feedback, and market research to prioritize features and enhancements that have the greatest impact on user experience.
• Product Roadmap Management: Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates while managing trade-offs and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor AI Performance: Continuously measure and improve the performance of AI products post-launch, ensuring they meet KPIs and deliver exceptional value.
• Thought Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert, sharing your expertise in AI and emerging technologies with internal teams and customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in an AI or machine learning-focused role. Experience leading AI-driven product innovation is a plus.
• AI Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science technologies, along with a passion for exploring how they can solve real-world problems.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across departments.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to think long-term while balancing short-term goals, keeping a clear focus on user needs and business objectives.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding communication skills to articulate product vision, goals, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical Thinker: Strong data analysis skills and an ability to leverage metrics to make informed product decisions.
