About the Role:We are looking for an AI Research Scientist with a deep passion for human behavior analysis and environmental impact to join our dynamic research team. You will leverage advanced AI techniques, behavioral science insights, and environmental data to design solutions that drive sustainable behavior and optimize carbon reduction strategies.

As an AI Research Scientist, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Advanced AI Research: Lead and contribute to innovative AI research projects that analyze human behavior patterns, identify carbon footprint drivers, and develop AI-based solutions for carbon neutrality.
  • Human Behavior Modeling: Use machine learning and data analytics to model human behavior, understand decision-making processes, and design interventions that encourage sustainable actions in individuals and organizations.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Work with diverse datasets, including behavioral data, environmental metrics, and socio-economic factors, to generate actionable insights that inform sustainable practices and policies.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with environmental scientists, policy makers, and business leaders to apply AI models in real-world settings and refine strategies for carbon neutrality.
  • Publish & Share Knowledge: Contribute to academic publications, white papers, and industry reports. Present your findings at conferences and engage in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Stay at the Cutting Edge: Continuously explore emerging AI techniques, tools, and frameworks that can be applied to behavioral science and sustainability efforts.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Behavioral Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI research, machine learning, data analytics, or behavioral science, with a focus on sustainability or carbon reduction.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
    • Strong background in data science, statistical modeling, and behavioral analytics.
    • Familiarity with environmental data sources, carbon impact assessment, and sustainability metrics.
  • Research Excellence: Proven ability to lead and publish original research in top-tier journals or conferences.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex environmental challenges using AI-driven insights.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
