As a Principal Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to define and deliver AI products that make a tangible impact. You will be instrumental in shaping how AI is embedded into our products, delivering exceptional value to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality, scalability, and usability.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Product Strategy: Define and communicate the long-term vision for Foundation AI products, aligning them with the company's strategic objectives.
• Product Roadmap: Own the product roadmap and drive execution, ensuring timely and successful launches of innovative AI solutions.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and business teams to ensure seamless product development from concept to delivery.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of AI trends and market developments, using insights to inform product strategy and keep us at the cutting edge of innovation.
• Customer-Centric Development: Work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, define requirements, and ensure our AI solutions deliver real-world value.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and performance data to iterate and improve products, ensuring they meet both customer and business needs.
• Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Product Leader: You have 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or similar technical domains.
• AI Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and foundational models.
• Strategic Thinker: You have a proven track record of defining and executing product strategies that lead to impactful, customer-centric outcomes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You excel in leading cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with engineering, design, research, and business teams.
• Customer-Obsessed: You have a relentless focus on customer needs and a passion for delivering products that solve real problems.
