As the Training Operations Manager, your role will be at the heart of our training initiatives. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all training programs, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. You’ll manage logistics, timelines, and resources to deliver seamless, top-tier educational experiences.
Develop Scalable Processes: Build, implement, and refine operational processes that will allow our training programs to scale efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and impact.
Collaborate with Cutting-Edge Teams: Work closely with world-class researchers, instructors, and course developers to align training content with the latest advancements in deep learning and AI. Your role will ensure that our training offerings remain at the cutting edge.
Monitor and Enhance Learner Experiences: Be the go-to person for optimizing learner journeys. You will collect feedback, analyze performance, and adjust operations to ensure an enriching and smooth learning process for all participants.
Strategic Planning & Reporting: Own the planning, budgeting, and reporting of all training operations. You’ll work directly with leadership to identify key operational goals, track progress, and adjust strategies for continual improvement.

Experience in Training Operations: You’ve worked in training or educational operations, ideally within tech, AI, or related fields. You know how to manage complex logistics and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Leadership & Teamwork: You have a natural ability to lead teams and collaborate across various departments. Your communication skills are second to none, and you inspire those around you to do their best work.
Problem-Solver with Attention to Detail: You approach challenges strategically and can think outside the box to find solutions. You’re meticulous about details but also know when to zoom out and look at the bigger picture.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies is a plus. You’re comfortable working with the tools that enable modern learning experiences.
