We are looking for a talented engineer who will bring their expertise to help us build scalable, data-driven solutions that harness the power of AI and ML to drive product evolution. You will work closely with a team of creative thinkers, problem-solvers, and technical experts to develop and refine the next generation of AI-powered systems.
What You’ll Do:
Lead AI & ML Initiatives: Take the helm in developing and implementing AI and machine learning algorithms that will power our products. Your insights will help guide the technical vision and strategies for machine learning models.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to understand business needs and design innovative solutions that meet customer demands.
Innovate & Optimize: Constantly explore new technologies and methodologies to improve our existing AI solutions. You will be expected to iterate, optimize, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models that scale efficiently.
Architect & Build Robust Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance systems that integrate seamlessly with our platform infrastructure. You'll be responsible for maintaining code quality, security, and best practices for AI development.
Mentor and Lead: As a senior engineer, you'll mentor junior team members, provide technical leadership, and help cultivate a collaborative environment where innovation can thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in AI/ML Engineering: Proven experience working with AI and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, and data science principles.
Strong Programming Skills: Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing is a plus.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and deliver practical, data-driven solutions. Your creativity and analytical skills will be essential in optimizing AI systems for large-scale environments.
Collaboration & Communication: You’re not just a great engineer; you’re also an excellent communicator. You will need to work with teams across the organization and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced Degree (Preferred): A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and a proven track record can be just as valuable.
