• Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Problem Solving: Identify challenges in the ML lifecycle and develop innovative solutions to optimize processes, improve model accuracy, and deliver scalable AI products.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify risks in program timelines, quality, or resources and work with stakeholders to mitigate those risks.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in technical practices.
• Measure Impact: Track and report on program success metrics to ensure the delivery of high-impact outcomes for the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in technical program management with a focus on Machine Learning or AI-driven projects.
• Strong Technical Background: Experience working with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.), data pipelines, and AI algorithms.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams across engineering, data science, and product management.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile Expertise: Experience with agile development processes and managing large-scale, multi-phase programs.
• Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
