Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Model Development & Deployment: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models that address key business challenges.

Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, from product managers to data engineers, to align AI/ML solutions with business goals.
R&D: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging trends, tools, and techniques in AI/ML.
Optimization: Continuously refine models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user impact.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in applying AI/ML techniques to solve real-world problems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. PhD? Even better!

Skills:

• Expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, NLP, or computer vision.
• Proven ability to design and optimize data pipelines.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Team player with a proactive, innovative mindset.
