- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and deliver solutions that streamline operations.
- Lead: Guide junior developers and share your expertise to raise the team’s technical bar.
- Optimize: Continuously refine and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations to maximize efficiency and user satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Proven Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including advanced scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to translate business goals into innovative technical solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and other relevant tools.
- Certifications: ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, etc.) are highly desirable.
