Key Responsibilities
- Cyber Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to assess their security posture and design strategies that enhance resilience and operational effectiveness.
- ServiceNow Implementation: Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow modules such as Security Operations (SecOps), GRC, and ITSM to address client needs.
- Risk Management: Provide actionable recommendations to minimize risks and improve governance, leveraging ServiceNow’s advanced tools and analytics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with client executives, IT leaders, and security teams.
- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance existing workflows and processes using ServiceNow’s robust platform capabilities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the cybersecurity practice through thought leadership and knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in cybersecurity strategy, ServiceNow implementation, or security operations.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow’s modules, with a focus on Security Operations (SecOps), GRC, or ITOM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
