What You’ll Do

Develop AI Models for Drug Discovery: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models to analyze vast biological datasets and identify novel drug candidates.

Collaborate with Scientific Teams: Work closely with biologists, chemists, and pharmacologists to integrate AI/ML algorithms into drug discovery workflows, helping translate complex biological problems into actionable insights.

Optimize Drug Development Pipelines: Build AI systems that streamline and optimize every stage of the drug discovery process, from target identification to compound screening and clinical trial simulations.

Analyze Biological Data: Use advanced machine learning techniques to analyze high-dimensional biological data, such as genomic, proteomic, and metabolomic datasets, and derive insights that can guide drug discovery strategies.

Build Predictive Models: Create predictive models that anticipate the efficacy and safety of drug candidates, enabling faster and more accurate decisions in preclinical and clinical development.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore the latest AI techniques and research in drug discovery, and apply them to enhance the capabilities of our systems.

Mentor and Lead: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Who You Are

You are an AI and drug discovery expert with:


Advanced AI Expertise:


5+ years of experience applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to drug discovery, bioinformatics, or related fields.

Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models in real-world applications, ideally in pharmaceutical or healthcare contexts.

Biological and Pharmaceutical Knowledge:


Strong understanding of drug discovery processes, including target identification, lead optimization, preclinical, and clinical trials.

Familiarity with biological data types (e.g., genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic) and their relevance in drug discovery.

Deep Learning and Machine Learning Skills:


Expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras, as well as statistical modeling, supervised and unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning.

Experience with molecular modeling, cheminformatics, and/or computational chemistry techniques is a plus.

Programming Proficiency:


Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages, with experience in AI libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
