What You’ll Do:
Lead Data Science Initiatives: Oversee end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment, ensuring impactful and actionable outcomes.
Innovate with AI & ML: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that address complex business challenges and drive growth.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to align data science efforts with organizational goals.
Mentor and Guide: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Drive Insights: Use advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends, optimize processes, and improve decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Plotly) and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with big data tools and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing large-scale datasets.
Advanced knowledge of statistical methods, optimization techniques, and deep learning algorithms.
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing data teams.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a passion for tackling complex, ambiguous challenges.
Bonus Points:
Experience in natural language processing, computer vision, or time-series analysis.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and deploying models in production environments.
Contributions to open-source projects or published work in AI research.
Advanced degree (M.S./Ph.D.) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
