What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and Interpret Data: Use advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Design Data Solutions: Develop algorithms and predictive models to address key business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align data-driven solutions with business objectives.
• Visualize Insights: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that make complex insights accessible to diverse audiences.
• Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and opportunities within workflows and recommend data-driven improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with proven expertise in solving real-world problems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and building predictive models.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) to communicate insights effectively.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management for querying and transforming large datasets.
• Understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and data validation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle ambiguous challenges and deliver clear, actionable results.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of time-series forecasting, natural language processing, or deep learning.
• Advanced degree (M.S./Ph.D.) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in data science research.
