What You’ll Do:
- Develop on AEP: Design and implement solutions within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including data integration, identity management, and segmentation.
- Optimize Customer Journeys: Build and configure workflows, leveraging AEP tools like Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Analytics to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with business, marketing, and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Integrate Systems: Configure and manage integrations with external platforms (CRM, analytics, ad tech) to enable unified customer views and actionable insights.
- Ensure Best Practices: Maintain adherence to coding standards, version control, and AEP best practices to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and Innovate: Identify issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, and explore creative solutions to enhance platform capabilities.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in Adobe Experience Cloud and broader martech trends, bringing new ideas to the table.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform development or related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Strong knowledge of AEP architecture, services, and APIs, including schema creation, XDM modeling, and data ingestion pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Analytics integration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs, with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development.
- Familiarity with data modeling, identity stitching, and data governance principles.
- Experience with customer journey orchestration, personalization, and real-time decisioning engines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug, optimize, and enhance platform functionality.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with other Adobe tools, such as Adobe Target, Campaign, or Experience Manager (AEM).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA and their impact on data collection strategies.
- Adobe certifications, such as Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform Developer or related credentials.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
