What You’ll Do:
- Innovate in Image Generation: Conduct pioneering research in generative AI, developing algorithms and models that push the limits of image creation, from photorealistic visuals to abstract art.
- Explore New Architectures: Experiment with and improve upon existing techniques like GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models, and develop novel approaches to enhance the quality, diversity, and controllability of generated images.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to implement research outcomes into real-world applications, driving the creation of AI-powered tools for artists, designers, and businesses.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Publish papers, attend conferences, and contribute to the global dialogue around generative AI and its potential.
- Optimize Performance: Fine-tune models for efficiency, scalability, and real-time generation, making sure solutions are production-ready.
- Push the Frontier: Stay at the cutting edge of AI research by exploring new trends and breakthrough methods in generative modeling, adversarial learning, and neural networks.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in research and development in generative AI, computer vision, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in image generation techniques, including GANs, VAEs, neural style transfer, diffusion models, and other cutting-edge methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, with experience using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Familiarity with image processing libraries and tools (e.g., OpenCV, PIL).
- A deep understanding of neural networks, computer vision, and image synthesis techniques.
- Passion for artistic creativity and understanding how AI can be harnessed to create new forms of visual expression.
- Strong research skills, with a proven track record of publishing in AI-related journals or conferences.
Bonus Points:
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields with a focus on generative models or computer vision.
- Experience in reinforcement learning, style transfer, or 3D image generation.
- Experience with large-scale model training, distributed computing, and cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Background in AI ethics and a strong interest in ensuring responsible and ethical applications of generative AI.
