What You’ll Do:
- Lead Complex Programs: Manage multiple, large-scale programs with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and ensuring that program goals are met on time, within scope, and under budget.
- Drive Strategic Planning: Develop and execute detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and executive teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables. Facilitate communication and align goals across departments.
- Monitor & Report Progress: Track program performance, assess risks, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing potential issues before they become problems.
- Problem-Solve & Innovate: Proactively identify and resolve challenges, balancing business priorities with technical constraints, and always keeping the big picture in mind.
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and driving alignment on program goals.
- Ensure Best Practices: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices in project management, risk mitigation, and team collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on managing large, complex, cross-functional projects.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to adapt these methodologies to fit the needs of the project.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and provide clear direction and updates at all levels.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack or Asana.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on both strategic thinking and operational execution, able to address issues and find creative solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines without compromising on quality.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
Bonus Points:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile Certification is a plus.
- Experience working in technology or software development environments, with knowledge of product development cycles and technical constraints.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management for large programs.
- Experience in leading remote or distributed teams, fostering collaboration across time zones and cultures.
