What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Cutting-Edge Research: Lead and execute original research projects, applying statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning to derive meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.
• Design Experiments: Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and analyze data to test research questions, ensuring that results are both reproducible and statistically robust.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with a diverse group of researchers, engineers, and product teams to integrate data insights into product development, business strategies, and new innovations.
• Develop Models & Algorithms: Build predictive models, optimization algorithms, and statistical tools to address key business challenges, helping us understand patterns, trends, and behaviors.
• Explore New Techniques: Investigate new and emerging data science methods, algorithms, and technologies to advance research capabilities and improve predictive accuracy.
• Communicate Results: Present research findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in data science, statistical research, or a related field, with a solid understanding of data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or MATLAB, with experience in libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, with expertise in hypothesis testing, experimental design, and regression modeling.
• Experience working with large datasets and tools for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., Pandas, SQL, Hadoop, Spark).
• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a curiosity-driven approach to uncovering data insights.

Bonus Points:

• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or time-series analysis.
• Experience with cloud computing and working in distributed environments.
• A track record of published research in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
