What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in AI research, machine learning, or a related field, with a track record of publishing impactful research and driving high-level technical projects.
- Expertise in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and advanced AI techniques such as generative adversarial networks (GANs), neural networks, or transformers.
- Advanced coding skills in languages such as Python, C++, or similar, and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- A deep understanding of algorithmic design, optimization techniques, and mathematical foundations of machine learning and AI.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring teams of researchers, guiding them through complex technical challenges and inspiring high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to the AI community through publications.
- Passion for innovation in AI and a commitment to creating AI solutions that are ethical, impactful, and scalable.

- A PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on advanced AI research.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and knowledge of scaling AI models for distributed systems.
