What You’ll Do:

- Shape Governance Frameworks: Establish governance processes to monitor and assess the ethical impact of AI solutions, ensuring they meet fairness, privacy, and transparency standards.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with data scientists, machine learning engineers, legal experts, and policy professionals to ensure the integration of responsible AI practices into every aspect of product and service delivery.
- Mitigate Risks and Biases: Implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate AI risks and biases, developing tools and frameworks that support ethical decision-making.
- Stay Ahead of Regulatory Trends: Track industry regulations, public policies, and ethical guidelines, and ensure that all AI systems comply with legal and social standards.
- Promote Responsible AI Literacy: Advocate for responsible AI across the organization by delivering training, building awareness, and creating best practices for teams to follow.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or a related field with a focus on AI governance, ethics, and compliance.
- Strong expertise in the ethical, regulatory, and societal impacts of AI, with hands-on experience in bias mitigation, explainability, and accountability in AI systems.
- Proven experience in developing and leading Responsible AI strategies that influence product development and organizational culture.
- A deep understanding of AI ethics, privacy laws, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, AI Act, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive responsible AI initiatives.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- A passion for creating AI technologies that are transparent, fair, and aligned with societal values.

- PhD or advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Ethics, Law, Computer Science, or related fields.
