What You’ll Do:
- Design and Architect LLM Systems: Lead the design, architecture, and development of large language models that solve complex problems and power transformative applications in real-world settings.

What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, or a related field, with a focus on large language models.
- Expertise in building and deploying transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and a deep understanding of advanced AI and deep learning concepts.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks, with experience in distributed computing and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- PhD or advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field (preferred).
- Solid understanding of reinforcement learning, transfer learning, and unsupervised learning as applied to LLMs.
- Experience in model optimization, training at scale, and the ability to tune large models for both efficiency and accuracy.
- Proven track record of building, deploying, and scaling AI-driven applications or products in real-world settings.
- A strong commitment to ethical AI development, with experience addressing issues related to fairness, explainability, and AI governance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to a range of stakeholders, from engineers to executives.
