What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in AI research or applied machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI solutions or publishing high-quality research.
- 3+ years in leadership or management, leading teams of researchers or engineers and driving large-scale AI initiatives.
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI methodologies, with in-depth knowledge of areas like transformer models, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
- Strong experience in programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, or Java) and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- A strong foundation in algorithm development, optimization techniques, and handling large-scale datasets.
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for pushing the boundaries of AI, with a commitment to ethical and responsible AI development.

- Recognized contributions to the AI community, such as conference presentations, peer-reviewed publications, or open-source contributions.
- Experience in areas like multimodal learning, few-shot learning, or causal inference.
