Skills & Expertise We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• In-depth understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other key ServiceNow modules.
• Strong skills in scripting, automation, and creating custom applications on the platform.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer are a plus.
