About the Role:

Are you an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Administrator with a passion for transforming HR services into seamless, user-friendly experiences? We are looking for a dynamic HRSD ServiceNow Administrator, Consultant to join our innovative team and make an impact in the world of digital HR transformation.

In this exciting role, you’ll leverage your expertise in ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to streamline HR processes, improve service delivery, and support the automation of HR workflows. Your contributions will directly empower organizations to deliver exceptional employee experiences, while enhancing efficiency across the HR function.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand HR requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement HRSD applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
• Automate workflows and processes for HR services to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Provide expert consultation and recommendations for optimizing HR processes and system performance.
• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD environment, ensuring it’s up-to-date and compliant with best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, enhance functionality, and assist with system upgrades and patches.
• Conduct training and provide support to HR users, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of HRSD features.

About You:

• Proven Experience: You’ve got hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, and have implemented and managed HR applications for organizations of various sizes.
• Technical Skills: You’re well-versed in ServiceNow configuration, HRSD modules, and are proficient in Scripting, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
• Problem Solver: You’re a creative thinker with a knack for simplifying complex HR processes and crafting solutions that make an impact.
• Consultative Approach: Your communication skills are stellar, allowing you to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and HR leaders.
