What You’ll Do: Be Part of the Revolution

As part of the Firmwide AI Team, you’ll contribute to a wide range of strategic initiatives, including:

• AI Solutioning & Optimization: Innovate and implement generative AI solutions that drive operational excellence.
• User Engagement & Strategy: Engage with stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives meet both business and technological needs.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously improve AI systems through robust performance monitoring and enhancement.
• Risk Management & Governance: Ensure AI compliance through diligent risk management and adherence to governance standards.
• AI Education: Empower the broader workforce by sharing insights and providing education on AI technologies and their application.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking driven, innovative professionals ready to make a difference. Whether you have 3 years of experience or 4-6 years in the field, there are exciting opportunities to grow and collaborate with the best in the business.

For Associate Roles:

• Required Experience: 3+ years
• Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $115,000/year (determined based on experience and qualifications)
• Additional Compensation: Potential for commission earnings, bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefit programs.

For Director Roles:

• Required Experience: 4-6 years
• Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $155,000/year (final offer based on experience and qualifications)
• Additional Compensation: Opportunity for commission, bonuses, long-term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
