As the AI Strategist, you will collaborate with executive leadership to develop the organization’s AI strategy, implement best-in-class AI tools, and ensure AI-driven solutions align with ethical standards and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- AI Strategy Development: Lead the creation and refinement of the organization’s AI strategy, working closely with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Identify High-Impact Opportunities: Evaluate key business functions such as underwriting, asset management, and corporate operations for AI integration, identifying and executing opportunities for optimization.
- Tool Deployment & Integration: Oversee the deployment and integration of AI tools, such as ChatGPT Enterprise, ensuring seamless integration into workflows and driving operational efficiency.
- Thought Leadership: Act as the primary thought leader for AI integration, promoting ethical practices, scalability, and innovation across all AI projects.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress of AI initiatives, tracking key metrics like adoption, cost savings, ROI, and operational improvements, and report findings to stakeholders.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure data security, compliance, and governance are maintained throughout AI projects.
- AI Literacy Programs: Develop and lead training programs that enhance AI literacy across the organization, empowering teams to maximize the benefits of AI tools and methodologies.
- Market Insights: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices, offering actionable insights to help the organization maintain its competitive edge.
What You’ll Bring:
- AI Expertise: Strong background in AI applications, machine learning, and automation tools, with a proven ability to implement AI solutions across diverse business functions.

- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in AI integration, digital transformation, and/or strategy development, with proven success in leading AI initiatives in corporate or investment environments.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive initiatives to successful outcomes.
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master’s in Data Science, Software Engineering, or MBA.
