We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help us supercharge our machine learning capabilities and push the boundaries of what’s possible with data. This role is all about building impactful ML models, optimizing lead quality, and powering personalization for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Innovation in ML: Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning solutions that directly influence our business metrics across key verticals like credit cards, insurance, and prizes/games.
- Own the Data Science Pipeline: From concept to production, you’ll design and implement Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) solutions, recommendation systems, and deep learning models to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams to integrate ML models into company-wide initiatives, delivering scalable solutions that align with Launch Potato's vision.
- Mentor & Lead: As a thought leader, you’ll guide and mentor junior data scientists, helping to grow and shape the data science team while maintaining a strong hands-on approach.
- Optimize for Efficiency: Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to ensure that your ML models are containerized for optimal efficiency, scalability, and easy deployment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 4+ years in a hands-on data science role, with a focus on machine learning and performance marketing.
- ML Expertise: Proficiency in Multi-Armed Bandits, recommendation systems, and deep learning models, with a strong ability to productionize these solutions.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Python, SQL, and tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP) is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of performance marketing and how to translate it into actionable ML solutions that drive monetization and lead quality.
- Analytical Excellence: Strong track record of using ML to improve business performance and optimize customer personalization.
