Your Impact:
As the Account Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for our energy efficiency programs in Southern California. You will:
- Understand and represent energy efficiency programs, ensuring all stakeholders know how to take advantage of available incentives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships with multifamily property owners, contractors, and vendors.
- Guide clients through the rebate and savings process, helping them upgrade their electrical and natural gas systems for long-term savings.
- Contribute to the strategic development of our programs and continuously refine our outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach via phone calls and in-person meetings with property owners, managers, and contractors to identify energy-saving opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support for equipment upgrades and system retrofits, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
- Maintain up-to-date project tracking and status reports to monitor progress toward savings goals.
- Lead presentations at industry events, conferences, and association meetings to educate and inspire potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program strategies and services.
What You Bring to the Table:
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in energy efficiency, sales, or a related field OR 6+ years of equivalent experience.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in energy efficiency or sustainability consulting.
- Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, pool pumps, and other key energy systems in the multifamily sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and the ability to leverage technology for efficiency.
- Proven ability to guide and influence customers to choose sustainable energy solutions.
