What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Data Scientist specializing in Machine Learning, you’ll be a key driver in helping Fractal and our clients unlock business potential through AI solutions. Your work will focus on developing and implementing Machine Learning models that transform data into actionable insights, elevating the business decisions of Fortune 500 clients.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with internal teams to understand business challenges and develop AI-driven solutions tailored to specific client needs.
- Design & Deploy Machine Learning Models: Utilize advanced machine learning algorithms and models such as neural networks, deep learning, anomaly detection, and more to solve business problems.
- Data Exploration: Engage with large, complex datasets to ensure data integrity, preprocessing, and effective analysis.
- Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to translate their business needs into technical solutions and deliver actionable insights through AI.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an innovative problem solver with a strong background in Machine Learning and a passion for transforming data into business value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Machine Learning or Data Science role.
- Proficiency with Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.
- Experience with Machine Learning algorithms like linear regression, time series forecasting, deep learning, and probabilistic models.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience working with large datasets and turning them into insights that drive business value.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong ability to work with predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Experience in deploying and monitoring models in production environments.
