What You’ll Do:
As our Photography Community Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Adobe’s Photography solutions across social platforms, forums, and communities. You’ll build relationships, create engaging conversations, and drive advocacy through your deep understanding of modern photography workflows and Adobe’s cutting-edge tools like Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Lead the Conversation: Actively participate in community discussions across platforms (Reddit, Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), sharing your knowledge and Adobe’s values in the world of photography.
- Build Relationships: Forge and maintain lasting connections with photography communities, influencers, and industry leaders to drive meaningful engagement.
- Create Impactful Content: Build advocacy for Adobe Photography tools through live streams, AMAs, and other interactive content while representing Adobe with authenticity.
- Advocate for the Community: Gather insights from photography communities to influence product development and ensure Adobe continues to meet the needs of creators.
- Be a Creative Leader: Foster trust, loyalty, and excitement about Adobe tools by establishing yourself as a thought leader in photography-related topics.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Photography Expertise: A strong background in photography and a portfolio that showcases your creative skills.
- Community Engagement Experience: Proven experience engaging with and building photography communities across online platforms.
- Adobe Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Adobe’s Photography tools, including Lightroom and Photoshop, and the ability to speak fluently about them to diverse audiences.
- Dynamic Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication across various formats—whether it’s live streams, written content, or interactive discussions.
- Empathy for Creators: A solid understanding of the challenges and needs of modern photographers, and a passion for elevating their work through Adobe’s solutions.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, etc.) to bring community insights into product evolution.
