Key Responsibilities:

As a Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead Cross-Functional Programs: Oversee and manage various programs, ensuring they are executed effectively across teams, with successful outcomes.
  • Use Data to Drive Change: Leverage advanced data analytics to track metrics, improve processes, and define measurable improvements.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Work with a diverse group of stakeholders, from senior leadership to technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Navigate Ambiguity with Confidence: Apply creative problem-solving skills to drive clarity and strategic direction in complex business scenarios.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure program success and avoid potential roadblocks.
  • Refine Processes and Systems: Design and implement processes that improve resource allocation, system efficiency, and team collaboration.
  • Reporting & Communication: Develop and communicate clear KPIs, ensuring visibility into program progress for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

You Are:

  • Experienced in Program Management: With 3+ years of experience driving programs from end-to-end, you have successfully delivered results on time and on target.
  • Data-Driven: You have a strong background in using data and metrics to guide decisions and drive business improvements.
  • Skilled in Excel & SQL: Your expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKups) and SQL enables you to analyze data with ease and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborative and Influential: You can work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, navigating complex team dynamics to drive results.
  • A Strong Communicator: You excel at presenting complex ideas clearly to senior leaders and have experience managing high-stakes projects with multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of program management experience driving end-to-end delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience driving process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills to manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in project management and building processes that improve efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Data & AI projects or cloud technology.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Pay: Ranges from $66,800/year to $142,800/year, based on location, experience, and skills.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, stock options, and educational reimbursement.
  • Additional Perks: Equity, sign-on payments, and other compensation may be included, depending on the position.
