What You'll Do:
As a Responsible AI Engineer, you’ll be a driving force in helping our clients embrace AI in a responsible manner. You’ll be responsible for creating AI models and solutions that adhere to ethical principles, enhancing trust in AI systems across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Ethical AI Models: Develop and implement AI solutions while ensuring that fairness, transparency, robustness, and privacy are prioritized.
- Risk Mitigation: Detect, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to AI, including biases and fairness concerns, ensuring solutions align with ethical standards.
- Lifecycle Management: Participate in the full development cycle – from data preparation and design to coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Client Engagement: Support client sales conversations by articulating how Responsible AI practices can transform their business strategies.
- Continuous Learning: Stay at the cutting edge of AI trends, ethical guidelines, and technological advancements to inform our solutions and industry leadership.
- Documentation & Transparency: Maintain clear records of AI development processes, methodologies, and decision-making to promote transparency.
What You Need:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in developing AI and ML models using algorithms like Regression, Deep Learning, NLP, and more.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python and working with popular frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- 4+ years of experience working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI/ML applications.
- 2+ years of experience focusing on Responsible AI, including testing AI solutions for fairness, explainability, and other ethical risks.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with emerging AI regulations and standards.
- Experience building Generative AI (GenAI) solutions or developing AI architectures on cloud platforms.
- Knowledge in cybersecurity and red teaming practices.
- Specialization in an industry (Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, etc.).
- Certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or Responsible AI (e.g., AIPP).

Locations & Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation packages based on role, experience, and location. Our annual salary range varies across the U.S., including locations like California, Colorado, New York, and Washington, ranging from $68,300 to $220,400, with eligibility for discretionary incentives.
