The Opportunity
As a Tech Consulting AI/ML Scientist, you will be at the heart of innovative technology solutions, leveraging your expertise to design and implement advanced AI/ML systems that solve business challenges and optimize processes. You’ll translate complex problems into actionable insights, all while guiding the integration of AI technologies in ways that deliver measurable business value.
What You'll Do:
- Lead AI/ML Innovation: Drive the design and development of state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions that meet business objectives, ensuring AI integration aligns with organizational goals.
- Optimize Processes: Analyze and transform existing processes with AI to streamline operations, enhance efficiencies, and improve decision-making across organizations.
- Collaborate with Clients: Engage with C-Suite executives to translate complex AI/ML concepts into understandable business value, driving AI adoption and transformation.
- Build Scalable Solutions: Develop scalable AI/ML solutions that fit seamlessly into clients’ technical environments, ensuring long-term success and sustainability.
- Consult on AI Strategy: Shape and deliver AI strategies, providing direction on AI optimization, architecture design, and integrating AI/ML models within diverse industries.
- Guide Teams: Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and developers, ensuring technical excellence and aligning solutions with business needs.
What You Need:
Core Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience creating and leading AI/ML systems development and driving AI transformation initiatives.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience evaluating and integrating AI/ML applications in real-world environments, providing insights for business optimization.
- Consulting experience (2+ years) working with clients to translate business challenges into actionable AI solutions.
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) or equivalent industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, Java).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and problem-solving to craft advanced AI solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work in a multicultural, high-performance environment.
- Ability to manage AI/ML teams, guiding technical leads, engineers, and developers while ensuring alignment with architecture and best practices.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations in AI applications.
- Industry-specific expertise in sectors like Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Services, etc.

Locations & Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation packages that reflect your skills, experience, and location. The annual salary range for this role varies across different U.S. locations:
- California: $94,400 to $293,800
- Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800
- District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300
- Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800
- Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800
- New York: $87,400 to $293,800
