What You'll Do:
Strategic Vision & Leadership:
- Shape the AI/ML and GenAI strategy, setting the technical direction and ensuring alignment with business goals and digital transformation objectives.
- Translate high-level business objectives into tangible technical solutions, identifying potential roadblocks and aligning initiatives with realistic, high-impact outcomes.
Architecting the Future:
- Lead the design of AI solutions that push boundaries in human capital management, incorporating Generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning to optimize organizational systems.
- Select and implement the most suitable technologies from open-source and commercial solutions to create scalable, cloud-native, AI-driven applications.
- Oversee the integration of MLOps and LLMOps, focusing on operational capabilities for seamless deployment, model management, and monitoring.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to pilot AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead high-level technical discussions and provide strategic guidance for AI product managers and business teams on product development and AI potential.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure the successful execution of AI-powered applications through Agile methodologies, optimizing feedback loops and driving continuous improvement.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and model deployment methodologies that are business-friendly, secure, and scalable.
AI Ethics & Risk Management:
- Stay ahead of the curve in addressing ethical AI concerns, ensuring compliance with upcoming regulations and proactively addressing issues like data poisoning and model integrity.
- Work with security leaders to foresee risks and mitigate potential threats to AI models and systems.
Product Strategy & Innovation:
- Guide AI product managers in defining the potential and limitations of AI solutions, breaking down client problems and ensuring solutions align with leading-edge technologies.
Research & Development:
- Conduct cutting-edge research to scale AI solutions for real-world human capital challenges, balancing performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
What You Bring:
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of technical leadership experience, including managing both onshore and offshore teams.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture design, model deployment, and end-to-end AI solution delivery.
- 2+ years of experience building and deploying Generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML workload deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Ability to travel 0-25% for client and team engagements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees such as a Master’s in a related field.
- Certifications in AI/ML technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, Azure AI Engineer).
- Experience implementing cloud-based AI workloads on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $167,325 to $278,875 (depending on experience, location, and expertise).
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentives based on individual and company performance.
