Key Responsibilities:
???? Innovative Model Development
- Develop multimodal Large Language Models (LLMs) that observe, model, and automate manual workflows, driving productivity for millions of customers.
- Collaborate with engineers in a scrum environment to design, invent, and rapidly iterate on cutting-edge automation agent systems.

What You Bring:
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, with a focus on Gen AI and reinforcement learning.
- 5+ years of applied research experience and at least 3+ years of hands-on experience building machine learning models for business applications.
- Expertise in developing algorithms and models for supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning via human feedback.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with extensive experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch for deep learning.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically about complex problems and deliver impactful solutions.
- Proven track record of patents or publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
