What You'll Do:
- AI/ML Research & Development: Develop and experiment with state-of-the-art AI models, focusing on areas like LLMs, Generative AI, and optimization techniques.

What We’re Looking For:
- Academic Excellence: You’re currently completing or have completed a PhD in Computer Science or a relevant technical field, with a strong foundation in AI/ML.
- Hands-on AI/ML Experience: You’ve built, scaled, and researched machine learning models, especially in areas like LLMs, NLP, AI optimization, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Proficiency in Python: You write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, leveraging libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib to manipulate and analyze data.
- Innovation: You have a passion for solving ambiguous, complex problems and are comfortable navigating through uncertainty to develop innovative AI solutions.
