Why We Need You:
We're looking for a Vice President, Artificial Intelligence to lead the development and deployment of Responsible AI solutions. This role is critical in helping us turn AI's potential risks into opportunities, ensuring that our AI models are fair, transparent, explainable, and robust. What You'll Do:
As a key leader in our Responsible AI team, you'll be driving the strategic direction and execution of AI solutions that adhere to ethical standards and regulations. Here’s what you’ll be involved in:

• Lead the Charge on Responsible AI: Shape and implement cutting-edge AI models that are ethically sound and responsible, addressing key aspects such as fairness, transparency, and privacy.
• Innovate and Impact: Work on solving complex AI challenges while ensuring the mitigation of risks like bias, unfairness, and lack of explainability. Your work will directly influence the way AI systems are deployed across industries.
• Support and Guide Clients: Lead client conversations around AI risk and governance, helping them leverage responsible AI solutions to enhance performance and gain trust.
• Shape the Future: Engage with regulators, researchers, and academia to develop policies, standards, and best practices that foster a responsible AI ecosystem.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside a talented, multidisciplinary team to build AI solutions that are innovative, impactful, and ethical.
• Develop and Evolve: Stay at the cutting edge of AI trends, evolving standards, and emerging technologies to ensure that your solutions are always a step ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:
You bring the following to the table:

• 5+ years of AI experience: Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying AI models, with a deep understanding of algorithms like regression, neural networks, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Proficiency in AI frameworks: Solid experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and programming in Python.
• Cloud Experience: At least 4 years working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI solutions.
• Ethics & AI Governance: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Responsible AI principles, including testing AI solutions for fairness, bias, robustness, and privacy.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field. If you have equivalent work experience, we welcome your application.
• Leadership: You have experience leading teams, managing projects, and communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Expertise in GenAI: Experience with Generative AI solutions such as prompt engineering, RAG models, or fine-tuning.
• Cloud Certifications: Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) or specialized AI platforms (Databricks, etc.).
• AI Industry Expertise: Specialization in industries like Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail, or Communications.
• Certifications: Responsible AI certification from recognized bodies (AIPP or similar).
